Fall Open House Events

For prospective students and families who prefer a larger group format, an Open House is the perfect way to visit WU. These days include a campus tour with a current Waynesburg student, a meeting with faculty members, an Admissions and Financial Aid session, and even lunch in the dining hall. The day begins at 9 a.m. and ends at approximately 1:30 p.m.

Nursing as a Career Day

Nursing as a Career Day is for current junior and senior high school students who are interested in studying nursing. During this visit, students will interact with current students and faculty from the Department of Nursing, experience our Simulation Lab, tour campus and enjoy lunch in our dining hall. Please join us and find out if nursing is the career for you! The day begins at 9 a.m. and ends at approximately 1:00 p.m.

Mock Crime Scene Workshop

This event is designed to give attendees hands-on experience of what they can expect as a student in the Forensic Science and Criminal Justice Departments at Waynesburg University. Sessions will include crime scene analysis, drug identification, Lasershot Firearms Simulator use and more!

Want a day all about you?

Personal campus visits are available Monday - Friday at 9 AM, 11 AM and 1 PM. During one of these visits, prospective students will tour campus with a current student and talk with an admissions counselor. Additionally, prospective students have the opportunity to meet with a faculty member and/or coach, sit in on a class or attend Chapel (Tuesdays at 11 a.m. only).
