Burns Hall

Burn’s diverse academic community fosters a supportive and knowledgeable community that lends well to acclimating to college life.

Burns Hall is one of the three traditional female residence halls that houses approximately 130 women. From two large lounge areas, one of which has a kitchen attached, to the new, large patio outside the hall, everything about Burns is built for you to have space to bond and connect with other women who can become lifelong friends.

The Hall on the Hill

Burns is located is located at the top of the hill campus was built upon offering great views and an easy access to the chapel as well as our dining facilities. The hall is equipped with a kitchen, a laundry facility, and various lounge spaces and study nooks for residents to interact both socially and academically.

Late Night Studying

Late night study groups are a popular way to get ready for large tests or to prepare for group presentations. It’s not uncommon to see residents up late in the lounge and study areas trying to get the edge in their next exam or working together to create flow and direction for their latest research paper.

Opportunities for Engagement

Here we offer many programs that facilitate opportunities to meet new people and learn life skills. In year’s past, programs varying from health and wellness to balancing a budget have been offered as resources to the residents to teach life skills that promote independent living.

Rooms With What You Need

Each room is 16-feet long and 11-feet wide. Rooms feature a wardrobe, modular desks with shelving in the form of a desk topper, and window.
